Daytona Beach is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Daytona Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This office could not be more friendly, from the front desk to the x-ray tech to the dentist and hygienist. My new patient visit was smooth, no waiting, all questions answered and zero upselling even though I am in periodontal treatment. Overall pricing is much more affordable than the corporate network I left behind, and they went over everything so no surprises with insurance. Most impressively, when scheduling the cleaning after this initial visit, they were able to get me in the very next day. Also the office is clean, easy parking and you get the river view on your way in and out as a bonus! I am a patient who takes dental health very seriously and was relieved I’d made a good choice in switching here. I would recommend both the environment and the care providers.

I want to start by saying I had a great experience with this practice overall. The location near Tanger Outlets provided excellent service, and the staff there was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the orthodontist at the Beach Street location was very disappointing. I originally came in during May to begin the process, and it took until July 6 for the necessary materials to arrive. After waiting that long, my appointment was then canceled twice, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I planned my schedule around these appointments, and having them repeatedly canceled showed a lack of respect for my time. After the delays and scheduling issues, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It’s disappointing because I was ready to move forward with treatment, but the lack of communication and reliability made me feel like I had no other choice. I hope this location improves its scheduling process and communication so future patients do not have the same experience.

The worst!! I hate to say this, but I really feel like the person that works at the front desk is racist. I've seen different treatment depending on who she's talking to. The prices are completely different depending on the color of skin as well. For me, they wanted $1,200 for work that cost a friend of mine $100. They refused to do the work on me and told me I need to see a specialist. There was absolutely no reason to see a specialist for me. None. They just told me their dentist doesn't want to do it but they could. They just refer people to specialists. They try to run things outside of insurance as much as they can. They turn a simple thing into thousands of dollars and then try to get you to get a credit card so that you can pay these thousands of dollars for work that you probably don't need. Go somewhere else. This place is an absolute rip-off and a scam. Their service is the worst. They are incredibly rude. They want you to pay everything out of pocket even if you have insurance. Get a second opinion on anything they tell you. One way to test what I'm saying is to pay close attention to the initial fee when they see you or when you do a cleaning. They'll t

Since I started treatment at the office, the experience has been very disorganized. Two of my appointments were cancelled without anyone reaching out to inform me or help reschedule them. In addition, I’ve had to go through a third party just to get in touch with the staff, which has been extremely frustrating. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, especially considering I’ve only been a patient since December. I would appreciate better communication and a more reliable scheduling process moving forward. Update: I have reached out to patient feedback via email and have not received a response. I also requested to speak with the office manager but have been unable to get in touch with anyone. Had I known this is how patients are treated, I would not have chosen this orthodontic office.

Haven't been to a dentist in around 10 yrs or so and went in with so much anxiety. These ladies made me felt so comfortable and helped ease my mind on alot of worries. I laughed I cried, and left with a game plan confidently ready to return.
